We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every unit. Due to the nature of hair products, we offer a 24-hour exchange window from the time your order is marked as delivered.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- The unit must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered.
- Lace must not be cut or tinted.
- The unit must not have been installed or customized.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- All tags and hygiene seals must remain intact.
We reserve the right to decline any exchange if the product shows signs of wear, styling, product application, or alteration.
Courier Costs

- The customer is fully responsible for all courier costs related to returns and exchanges.
