📌 Return & Exchange Policy – Braided Lace Wigs

At Anzani Premium Hair, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted braided lace wigs. Since each unit is custom-made, we have a strict No Returns & No Refunds policy. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions.

🔄 Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges only if:
✅ The wig is unused, unworn, and in its original condition (lace uncut, no alterations made).
✅ The exchange request is made within 48 hours of receiving the wig.
✅ The wig was received with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect order was sent.

🚫 No Exchanges for:

❌ Wigs that have been worn, installed, or customized in any way.
❌ Orders where the wrong size, length, or color was chosen by the customer.
❌ Delayed deliveries due to courier services (we do our best to ship on time).

📦 Exchange Process:

1️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos/videos of the issue.
2️⃣ If eligible, we’ll provide instructions on returning the wig.
3️⃣ Once we receive & inspect the wig, we’ll process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
4️⃣ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours
