We ship nationwide within South Africa via a trusted courier service.

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

For wig maintenance services:
Clients are responsible for courier costs to and from Anzani Premium Hair.

Anzani Premium Hair is not liable for courier delays, lost parcels, or unforeseen delivery issues once the order has been dispatched. However, we will assist where possible

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every unit. Due to the nature of hair products, we offer a 24-hour exchange window from the time your order is marked as delivered.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

• The unit must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered.
• Lace must not be cut or tinted.
• The unit must not have been installed or customized.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• All tags and hygiene seals must remain intact.

We reserve the right to decline any exchange if the product shows signs of wear, styling, product application, or alteration.

Courier Costs

Please note:

• The customer is fully responsible for all courier costs related to returns and exchanges.
• Anzani Premium Hair is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
• We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

Custom-made units and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the unit.
